Corporate Responsibility & Governance

TouchNetix strives to uphold the most ethical standards in our business policies and their implementation.

Our management team actively reviews and reflects on our policies to create better long-term decision making within the business.

Environmental

We have implemented the most modern semiconductor manufacturing and assembly processes, which are environmentally friendly and lead-free. Additionally, we actively monitor our green initiatives in order to minimise waste and to improve sustainability across the business. We are also in constant dialogue with our partners to ensure our products are packaged and delivered in a sustainable manner.

Social

Our employees are the heart of what we do and we actively seek to support diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We also have rigorous health & safety policies to ensure the protection of our employees. We support our staff with ongoing training, alongside personal and professional development.

Governance

We support leading board practices to ensure accountability and transparency within our business. We regularly evaluate our corporate responsibility policies to see where improvements can be made. We hold our suppliers, sub-contractors, and distributors to these same standards.

Whistleblowing Policy

At TouchNetix, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and accountability in all aspects of our business operations.

As part of our dedication to maintaining a transparent and responsible corporate culture, we have established a whistleblower policy and framework to provide an avenue for our employees, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders to report concerns about suspected unethical behaviour, violations of laws or regulations, or any other wrongdoing within our organisation.

The Norwegian Transparency Act

The Norwegian Transparency Act is designed to address the challenges of human rights abuses and indecent working conditions associated with the production of goods and provision of services, both in Norway and across global supply chains.

TouchNetix has its own procedures for managing its work on human rights and decent working conditions. These procedures, which include efforts to meet the requirements set forth in the Norwegian Transparency Act, are anchored and approved by TouchNetix’s Board of Directors. We are committed to developing and incorporating guidelines that reflect our core principles, promote responsible behaviour, and guide our actions.
