Gaute Myklebust announced as new interim CEO of TouchNetix

Trondheim, Norway, December 12th, 2023 – TouchNetix AS, a rapidly growing provider of next generation human machine interface (HMI) semiconductor chips and sensor modules, today announces that Gaute Myklebust has been appointed as interim CEO of TouchNetix following Vegard Wollan’s appointment as CEO of Nordic Semiconductor ASA. Gaute Myklebust is currently CTO and Chairman of the Board of TouchNetix.

Gaute Myklebust and Vegard Wollan co-founded MyWo AS in 2016, which merged with UK based TouchNetix Ltd. to become TouchNetix AS. Gaute Myklebust holds a PhD in Computer Architecture from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and has a long experience in the semiconductor industry where he worked 20 years in Atmel Corporation in the period from 1996 - 2016 before the establishment of MyWo.
